Nirupama Hotel

I booked this hotel from Goibibo||Half of the amenities shown here in goibibo is not available in the hotel.Pathetic service, maximum foods are not available at their very small restaurant. And the most pathetic part of the hotel is its manager, who doesn't care about any hospitality. In the evening time he was spotted consuming liquor with other outside people who are not guests and probably his local friends. Safety security service and the manager of the hotel all are pathetic. Though my booking was from 11th to 14th October, still i had to leave the hotel on 13.10.2024 ie. today. When i asked for GST INVOICE, they denied, i asked for a document that i am checking out, they denied that too. And they also denied any refund for the day i had to leave because of their service. I had a 10months old kid with me, and i asked them for hot mineral water(boiled) as they didn't provide any electric kettle. They didn't let me enter the kitchen. After consuming the water, my kid is having loose motion. They don't provide any WIFI too unlike as shown in goibibo. The name of the manager as shown in goibibo is wrong too. There is no one called Chinmay there. The name of the manager is Madan Mohan Shaw.||I would recommend all not to go to this hotel with your family, because if you spend 1 hour in the reception, u will get to know what hotel this is, and later if you stay, u tour would be ruined.. I have already checked out. Manual document of the register book is attached herewith for reference as i have been denied any GAT invoice or check out document. ||I demand full refund for this from goibibo for the horrible service of the hotel.. If some higher official of Nirupama Group is reading this, then please do necessary changes in this hotel.||I am Planning to file a suit too for ruining my trip which includes my time, money everything

Nice place for staying and a new year party. The staffs are competitive. The location is awesome with forest and fresh air.

It was wonderful experience. Room was specious and neat and clean. Having parking area and garden. They maintain hygiene to cook and serve food rate is also reasonable. Hotel service is also good and behavior of the staff is also good. Thank you Mr Madan Ji.

It's a decent hotel near Kapilas Mountain. Basic stay option with average tasting food can be availed at good price.

One of the best Accommodation options for Kapilas (Dhenkanal). The overall experience was very good , rooms are very spacious, neat & clean. The bathroom is good. The restaurant's food quality is very good. Staff behaviour is nice. Location is the main USP of the Hotel. Lastly the hotel is budget friendly.

Well located at the foothills of Kapilash mountain, just before the toll stop. Visited with family for lunch. The food was nice and tasty. Service was decent too.

The hospitality in such remote place is unimaginable. Good rooms with service and so was the food. All the staff were immensely polite and truly treated us like guest. The location is extremely beautiful near to Kapilash. Absolutely indulged in nature. I was traveling with my colleagues and we all are extremely happy and planned to visit with family in near future.
