The Welcome Resorts and Spa

The trip was perfect. Room is well maintained and the view from the room is perfect towards jungle. Staff behavior is well accepted as well. Fooding is standard, but it may be described as too costly...

Hotel is quite okay, room and bathrooms are clean. Breakfast options are good. Front garden is neat. It is a 3* category basic hotel. |Needs following improvements:|1. They don't provide an extra room|Key even when requested.. so if one occupant goes out with the key , the other occupant will have to stay without electricity in the room.. For a Welcome Group property I found this very surprising.|2. The location is very remote ( it is on a highway) if you do not have your own car.. they do not have any pickup/drop transport of their own and the taxis to/from Jharsuguda airport or to Sambalpur town is quite expensive.|3. Water pressure in the taps on top floor became very low at times.|4. They do not provide any small size face/hand towels for use in the bathroom.. only the full size bath towel.|5. The reception staff are polite and try to be helpful but seems they need little more professional training.||Overall it is good for a short stay or a group stay if you get a good rate.

Had great stay during business visit to the city. Visited Sambalpur last year for my business tour. Had homely stay at the place with great food and service. The staff is very humble and kind. They have large variety of dine in options that too with taste. The only thing is it's slightly outside the city. But one can easily find connectivity They also have party hall and lawns with separate entrance. During the i observed few gatherings there

Rooms and the service from all staffs are really satisfying... The mini swimming pool, the Gym add some more to the staying experience.... Taste of food, from their restaurant was nice... Only problem is the location,No public transport, You have to hire some car for all your needs outside resort.

The stay was smooth. Stayed in Jungle view suite. Very spacious rooms. Front desk officer are very kind and helping. Food taste is very good. Overall satisfied.

Rooms were good but the food quality and service was very very poor, misplaced order, not compensating properly. Not so good experience

The location is too good, while travelling we can stay and move to the next destination. Room service is a bit slow. We stayed two times, The first time we faced the hot water issue the rest was all good. Food as well awesome

Room is clean no chair to sit, no kettle or tea, no cupboard to hang clothes. Highway touch good for hosting marriage functions.. Spacious property well maintained.
