OYO Pradhan Palace

It is a 3 bhk flat having G+2. No parking, No lift, poor lights in common areas. Somewhat maintenance is poor. I booked through OYO. The property manager refused to give the room initially as he said the room rent is more and OYO offered a less rate. Finally after a lot of discussion with OYO on conference call he has given me rooms. Thanks to OYO for solving the issue

Well behaved staff's, No extra money charged from us and hotel location is very quite which one I liked most, service was also good.

This not a hotel, its a Lodge. Don't mistake by the rates charged. Even basic amenities are missing in this place. Avoid staying if possible. No food, no toiletries, no TV channels, dirty bathrooms and no one to listen to you.

Worst Oyo I have ever seen, After booking when we reached in hotel at around 1 am, the manager said no room is available.

i already experienced there . they are charging extra amount even after booking for Oyo app. for me they charged 700 rupees extra even i already booked through Oyo

I have booked by Oyo but the hotel refused to give room by saying that there is no vacant room. The worst hotel in Cuttack they are looting the people's i have witness es also.Dont book this hotel anyone...My money is loss

A very calm place to rest here for it's ambience surrounding ( near river). Can be called as hotel or lodge, prices here are very reasonable for AC rooms. Liked it

Bed covers and pillows are in very dirty condition.Bath room and toilet is not cleaning properly.Need to implement in room service and family safety.
