Upon reaching the location, we were denied entry citing that the online booking amount was low. It is important to note this all happened at 12:00 am in the night. Further, the behaviour of the staff was abusive.

Dear Reader, This is a genuine feedback I am providing as I have experienced a very bad situation and do not want others to face this. Firstly, the photos of the rooms are looking nice but actually the rooms are very dirty and stinking. The bedsheets and linens are full of stains and you'll not feel like siting on it. Bathrooms are so dirty. The person seating at the reception behaves as if it is a five star property. Secondly, it is a fraud hotel. I had booked rooms through Oyo and Oyo provided me the confirmation. After getting the confirmation, I called to the hotel and the guy spoke nicely and said the booking is confirmed. When I reached with my family at night, the same guy said the booking is cancelled and don't know why , and asked to book offline demanded more money. After seeing the room conditions, we decided not to stay there. But the guy started arguing and demanded one night charge as we had entered the room and seen it. After long fight since we were with family I paid 1500 and left from the place. It is a fraud hotel. The guy is a fraud one. Never ever ever book this hotel even though the price is INR 200 per night.

Stayed from 23 to 24 of September 2023 Worst hotel and high price charging 2000 per day but without a toilet seat cover and public toilets better than this paid one. Full exploitation for money don't book online as when you reach they deny and tell you " Aisa he hota hai cuttuck may". Don't book and don't stay

Never ever visit this hotel. Hotel management is a greedy scamster. Our booking was confirmed, but when we reached there they are saying all rooms are full. How can be this possible? If I've a confirmed booking and I've already paid for the booking that means one room should've been allotted on behalf of me. Then how can all the rooms are occupied? Later I come to know that they sold the rooms offline at double price. This is a serious malpractice. OYO has a duffer and stupid management, when you're getting plenty amount of complaint from this property then take strict action against it. Instead of that what they did? They returned my money. What should I do with the money now? At 11pm midnight I needed a bed and a blanket, not money.

Very bad experience. They don't allow checkin if booked from online even if it's prepaid. I booked a room in diwali to stay but the denied and they demanded extra money to checkin like 1000 extra. The hotel owner himself denied the checkin . He just saw the opportunity to loot as my leg was fractured and needed rest. Very bad experience.

Very poor cleanliness at room, toilet and floor common area and front balcony. Linen , towels also have filthy look. No in house food is served. Guest to order outside food including breakfast. Plates, bowels ,spoon supplied by hotel is unhygienic. Total rating one out of five.
