Nice hotel to stay in the heart of the city. Very near to Railway Station. Complimentary Wi-Fi and breakfast is available. Same day laundry facility is provided from outside. Thali system restaurant is available adjacant, of their group only. Overall value for money.

Very bad hotel and staff. All people are there deceiver. We booked room for 2500+gst at checkout time they changed 2700+gst. Very dirty rooms and bathroom, shower also not working. Very bad experience to stay there. Don't ever try this hotel, if you don't want to spoil your trip.

Very nicely located hotel. Rooms are moderate. Service is good. Being so close to the railway station it's a good place to stay for people who reach the railway station at odd hours.

The physical property is particularly good: well-appointed rooms in an attractive building set back from the road, with views of greenery from the room. Strong wifi. My main issue was the pumping of extraordinarily loud music, particularly in the afternoons and evenings, from the corridor: so loud that I could hear it over the top of audio I was listening to through headphones within the room. Bizarrely, at times the muzak is not playing in public areas, such as the lobby, where it is at least appropriate. Service is generally indifferent. Despite staying four nights, no offer was made to service the room in any way, although they did exchange a used towel for me at my request at one point. No free water provided. The room has a noisy bar fridge which, due to the wiring, cannot be turned off. No offer of breakfast, despite the high tariff.

Property is very old . staffs are good.No restaurant for breakfast. If you 1 hours late check out..they charging full day tariff... carefully stay there

Near cuttack jn. Had a corporate booking. Un professional staff, the receptionist is spitting in front. Room service staff will ring your door if you don't order food. The staff is hungry for tip. Only veg food is served, tastes very average. They consider mushrooms as non-veg. No lounge, no buffet breakfast. Dont try the foods.
