Baba Hotel: A Lesson in Disappointment (and Heatstroke) I recently had the misfortune of staying at Baba Hotel, and I can honestly say it was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. From the moment I checked in, it was clear that guest comfort was not a priority. The room itself was basic, which I could have tolerated. However, the real issue arose mid-afternoon when, without any prior warning or explanation, the air conditioning was abruptly switched off. In the sweltering heat (and in my case, the middle of a work call), this was unbearable. Upon inquiring at the reception, I was met with vague excuses and a complete lack of concern. There was no attempt to rectify the situation, no apologies, and certainly no offer of compensation. The staff simply shrugged and offered no timeline for the AC's return. To add insult to injury, when I requested a partial refund for the discomfort and the breach of the service I paid for, I was flatly refused. They essentially stole my money for a service they failed to provide. Here's a breakdown of the issues: * Unannounced AC shutdown: No communication, no consideration for guest comfort. * Lack of resolution: Staff were unhelpful and dismissive. * Refusal of refund: Unethical and unacceptable business practice. * Overall poor service: A general disregard for guest satisfaction. I strongly advise anyone considering staying at Baba Hotel to look elsewhere. Save yourself the frustration, the heat, and the wasted money. This hotel prioritizes profit over customer service, and I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy.

One of the worst lodge.. Small rooms, one no of bulb, door of bathroom has been broken, bad service and behaviour of the owner is not acceptable...such a irritating person..

Very worst experience and service not satisfactory

Worst experience I ever had. They don't even deserve one star. Because of their worthless service we had to spend whole night on street. & even after paying online they denied us to provide service. Anyway the guest house looks very cheap inside. Rooms are too small. Not at all recommended for family stay, not even with your spouse.

It's not an ideal place for stay it's rooms are completely ridiculous and extremely small in size . Plz don't stay here for some few discounts.
