The Royal Beach Resort

Overall good. They are allowing unmarried couple. You can experience delicious food here. Especially sea food. Price is not too high. Not too far from beach... Its around 300 metre from beach. And Note that - staffs have good behaviour, young staffs at the reception desk. You can opt this hotel for your holidays.

The environment,the rooms ,staffs are awesome, especially their foods & restaurant very nice .. We are very pleased for getting their different menus which was really outstanding ....

Disgusting hotel. I have booked through MAKE MY TRIP, as booking price was low, I have booked BUDGET AC ROOM, that's not means they give us filthy room. In this money there are far better hotels in digha, mandarmani. First of all when we arrived they gave us the room that just clean but not properly, spider web all over the bathroom and room, no exhaust fan in the bathroom, the bathroom is so small, no towel, no floor and bathroom mats, no slippers, only medimex soap as toiletries. Tv was broken and no remote, all are the aminities mentioned in the MMT website though. Insects in the bathroom, no proper water outlet from washbasin in the bathroom. Rooms wallpaper came ou from earlier. How can you provide this room to a guest which is not properly ready. You can ask us to wait for 20 30mins in the reception. Then I have talked to the manger then he provide a person who cleans the webs, give us towels, electric kettle and mat but still no slippers. Later on night the bed was filled with red ants, which bite my husband. What kind of service is this? I am so so angry. Travelled so many places and hotels but have not gain any bad experience like this before, very very filthy and disgusting hotel. Though the staffs are good, friendly, food is also tasty.

This hotel deserves 0 star, I paid 50% amount of the total booking but due to uncertain death of relative,postponed our travel hence informed the hotel manager 48 hours before our travel and requested to book the rooms for next month but manager refused any refund and also didnt book the rooms.he said that we have to make a fresh booking and forget our paid amount.wanted to speak with hotel owner but manager never forwarded the call.Hotel website is blocked and there is no policy mentioned in the booking confirmation slip of the hotel.we will complain in consumer forum. Worst hotel..Please do not book this hotel .

Quite clean rooms, but not much specious, especially the bathrooms are really small. Service is good and in a standard location. The hotel has a nice restaurant.

The room is very good, it is clean and necessary but their food quality is also good. And it is 350m distance from the beach.

Services is very bad don't come this resort they are cheater if you will pay the advance if you will not like the rooms then they will not refund your advance money.very bad experience.i will not come again.and I hope after read this you also.
