Tv not available, water facility pretty bad, room is average...price also too high because no proper facilities available

This guys are the scammer, a big fraudstar. I had booked this property a week back and made the full payment too. After arriving to the hotel at night with my family including senior citizen and child they are not allowing to enter the room. They are saying no rooms are available. Just imagine, during this night with family I'm getting this kind of responses from them. We went to a nearest police station which is in Berhampore , and Thanks to Odisha police who guided us to get the refund immedietly and also arrenged an another stays ..

First of all they said that you have to pay extra the amount which is shown here is very less. Then one my friend convinced him since we will be staying for 3-4 hours. The washroom is bad. The water was clogged, the flush didn't work as intended. Overall never ever booking this hotel in my life or recommending anyone. It felt like they didn't want you to stay. We were 3 male guys.

Worst Hotel, I have ever seen in my life. Before opening the gate at the time of arrival, they told that we don't get money from OYO, and further our price has been increased which has not been reflected in OYO website. So, you have to pay Rs. 500/- in cash. The cleaning is very poor and I don't know without proper verification how OYO is giving licence to such poor hotels. It's so pathetic. I am very much unsatisfied with the service provided by this hotel. I would suggest not to waste money in such low grade hotels.

Absolutely pathetic service. The guy in charge was literally trying to run us off from the place. He also accused us of stealing towels. As if you could improve doing these shenanigans, and show yourself cautious to folks who simply want a comfortable stay. Please don't go there! There are other better guest houses. The bathroom is not well maintained as well.

It was a bad experienceI don't like it at all. My experience with that property was horrible. They are shown on the website that they will provide two double-size beds and at the time of checking they provide only One Bed the room is also not that clean and mosquitoes also there.Beds and cleanness

I was on an office trip I needed a GST bill to submit in office , Oyo said the hotel will provide the bill and the hotel said oyo will give the bill. After confirming that hotel provides the bill Even after multiple attempts the did not provided the bill and as a result i had bear the amount.
