Greedy Hotel staffs:- They are just fooling his owner by simply saying that they don't accept cards, they just accept cash or UPI that too in their personal QR code. I request for 2 days stay and also asked for a early check-in for 5am but the denied and said all rooms are booked but however I asked them for money they suddenly agreed. We stayed for 2-3 hrs and they asked me to pay and agreed to pay via credit card, but they denied they don't take card payments, I was shocked. They insist me to pay me in cash or in their QR code only as that money will not credit to owner directly, so that they can take the money from the customer. I told them that they should The rooms are also not properly maintained as u can see in the photo. Stains all around the wall and floors. What u r seeing in their website is older photos. Rooms were smelling with cigarette and hookah. They don't knw how to behave with customer when they arrive, they simply sitting on customer lounge and even don't ask to sit my wife and daughter. I have travelled all around India, but this one the pathetic among all. They say it's a 3 star hotel, it's not fit 1 star also.

The only good point for this hotel is it is near the railway station only. No maintenance and cleanliness not up to the mark

Good hotel for stay but rooms are a bit over priced. Staff are courteous.

The hotel is good for staff behaviour and location for railway stations only. I had not expected a luxury room would be like this. The room was dirty all over. There were dust piles on all the furniture. Though it had a small balcony, the view was not good and you cannot even stand up there. I would suggest never wasting your money on booking those luxury rooms. Rather you can take classic rooms which are good as luxury ones. The staff was so nice, polite and helpful. The main issue was in the bathroom. The shower was not working.
