Hotel O The Residence Inn

Oyo services not quite good with tie up hotels.it seems hotel owners are not interested to work with Oyo, staff behaviour is very rude, after booking by Oyo call or app, found room was not available after reached at hotel.Hotel staff demanding extra money to provide a better room, requested room has sold out in prepaid scenario.TV not working, cleanliness of washroom , mattress is a concern, very pathetic.

I can't explain how disgusting this place is. First of all when we arrived we had to wait outside for 2 hours we kept ringing the bell no one responded the employees were drunk and were sleeping. When we entered we saw how pathetic those rooms were, the bed was broken and spider net was like everywhere, seemed bedsheets and pillow cover were changed ages before and the employees used to sleep just outside our room it was so uncomfortable we immediately decided to leave such atmosphere but they didn't return our money still we left.

worst place to stay, we have informed them we will reach late night by 1am and have fixed a rate. when we reached there they didn't open the gate and said room is not available and then started barging with us the rate that to with double price. this is very unprofessional

Pathetic experience, The photos were totally different than the real one. Stairs were dirty and street dogs sleep there. No way to park car in vicinity. In Bathroom Ac pipe water fall on your head. Too costly for the service provided.

If you think to book a lodge and if only this Lodge is available at Berhampur then don't think to stay in this Lodge, it will better to stay at Footpath of Berhampur Bus stand, which is far better than this Lodge. This is the worst ever Lodge i have visited. The staffs are Useless and the rooms are like the rooms in horror Movie. You will get sufficient amounts of Spider nets in the rooms and few broken chairs and a broken TV will be available in each room. The public toilet of Bus Stand is better than its bathrooms.. One best feature of this Lodge that there is no any Inverter facility, if you want to stay in this lodge, you need to come with your personal Inverter, keeping on view of powercut. I am sharing few pictures, lets have a look. You can use its mirror just in imagination. The bedsheets as well as the pillow covers are being changed frequently in each year.

Kindly never ever visit this Worst place..does not match the photos Unhygenic toilet....very disturbing receptionist...water bottle even not available Dirty and nasty bedsheets. Oyo kindly verify the reality of hotels beforre registering them

Dude.. believe me . Worst hotel... Even if u book through OYO or other sites, they r not going to let you in. Just don't come to this hotel . I standing in front of the hotel at 2:48am, and they are not letting me in, I even paid through oyo.

Disgusting hotel,they don't know how to behave with customer.totally waste of money.privacy is main concern .They deserve-ve rating
