Non sense hotel in berhampur... Room price is very high non ac room charges 1200...room conditions is very poor, dustbin not inside the room,, not hygenic not available water on bathroom tap.. Bathroom all accessories not working

The worst hotel in BERHAMPUR. The service boy behaviour was very bad. I cancelled my room after 5 mins they didn't refunded to me. Whereas I went there to give exam so I didn't argued with them because they already looked like local goons. I booked the room thought it's nice but the room was not clean and very bad smell coming. It's not a safe hotel.

Rent - 850 . Last week I visited this place for my interview preparation. one of the worst hotel I have ever experienced , there no basic facilities, staffs behaviour very rude like uneducated, they didn't care , the rooms are also dirty , toilets are not cleaned properly, flush not working , shower also not working, they didn't provide bedsheet, I suffered with cold fever so I request them to provide a blanket or bedsheet in night time , and they suggested me to buy new one . During interview time I asked them to wifi password and they said the signal will not reach to your room , when I tested and found the signal was coming then I asked again and they said they don't know password, They even didn't give you towel , or mosquito coil etc. You have to purchase these things . When I asked for water they give me a dirty water bottle . When I complaint all these things , they told you have to check all the things before check in , I smiled and left from that garbage. No loayality .... If you are plan to stay here , then you have to clean the toilets , sweep all rooms , bring your own bedsheet, towel , soap , water bottle . Don't talk with hotel staff s , otherwise you will loose your self respect, they didn't care anything. Message to property owner : I listened many good things about your hotel , in past days when ever my families goes to brmpr, I booked your hotel many times , but first time I experienced these worried things in your hotel . When i think about how you are staffs deal with my family, I feel really ashamed .

Hassle-free check in, behaviour of stuff is well and couple friendly hotel. Rooms are good at this price. Me and my husband was staying here for my CTET exam. Location is very good. Easy to get any auto and bus. Bus stand is situated by walking distance near Vishal mega Mart. An affordable restuarant situated just beside the hotel. Food quality and quantity is too good. Mineral Water is also very cheap in price in this place. All over good experience. But Anarkali Rest House should improve their cleanliness. We complaint for dirty room. But they responded immediately and change the bedsheets and clean the room.

They are cheaters. It is completely scam. I booked their hotel before travelling but on the day of actual arival they did not respond or pick calls we have to move here and there and after 3 hours we got a room. So I will suggest not to fall in this scam try to book hotels near old bus stand where you will get far better room with cheaper price. Few hotel I will suggest Bhubaneswari, Radha, Ram bhavan etc. Don't go at all to this hotel they think they are only hotel provider and very rude
