Nirmalya Plaza

Located beside the highway bridge, rooms are renovated but still walls are degraded, rooms are spacious but not clean, dusty rooms , mosquito issue, toilets are in the worst condition not cleaned, parking facility is available, if you are going with family then don't choose this hotel

Just look at the photos! The rooms are absolutely horrible. Paint peeling, dirt and mould everywhere. The bathroom is just disgusting. The linens are dark in colour so that you don't see how filthy they are. The check in experience was horrible. I was denied check in and after calling OYO, they were ready to provide an alternative location. When the receptionist learnt that I might leave somewhere else, he agreed to give me a room. They didn't even have the key for the room. I could not leave any valuables in there. Lucky for me I just needed a place to sleep on my way South. I would strongly advise you against staying here, do not even think about it, it's not worth it. Hope this helps

Exact road side of NH 16. Excellent location and budget friendly cozy AC rooms. Staff is courteous and helpful

I don't know but it was not pleasant experience. If you book through make mytrip or other similar portals they won't accept reservation. They will ask you to pay money in hotel even if you paid online, that is frustrating and dumb.

The hotel manager is arrogant. There were people on the counter using slang language over the phone even before the guests. They didn't provide water. The rooms were not tidy. The bathroom has guthka stains all over. The price was 1300/- but in OLA it reflected 900/-. The dustbins were full of used condoms which were not emptied for days.

Didn't had a good experience, room was not clean, wash room was untidy, too many mosquitos in room , no staff service, charging double amount, don't go to this hotel, and most importantly the owner took my mobile phone and has given all good reviews which were just to attract new customers with a false review

Very bad place Never book room in this plaza from oyo app 1st shows low price in the app when you book a room it shows that your booking is confirmed But when you visit the plaza they will say that no room is available even you have paid for the room in oyo app And will say that the room price is much higher than the oyo price

This is a scam hotel. Owner denied online booking at last moment even though we payed full amount in goibibo. Funny part is still both goibibo and OYO was saying our booking is confirmed. Also almost all 5star reviews are fake in google.
