Celebrated birthday with a family dinner. We had per booked the table. Though the booking was confirmed but still there was some confusion among with the staff with our orders. Staff helped with max efforts and tried their best to serve us with delicious food. The food was really delicious. Food portion was sufficient for the persons. Prices were higher comparatively but it's worth. Ample parking space and also with a electric charging facility.

Disappointed by Poor Event Hospitality and Mismanagement I recently attended a Mother's Day function at ITC Hotel with high expectations, given the reputation associated with the brand. While I genuinely enjoyed the performances, the overall experience was tarnished by the extremely poor management during the high tea session. To my surprise, there was a severe shortage of basic essentials such as plates, which left several guests--including myself--unable to partake in the refreshments. Additionally, the lack of crowd control and civic etiquette enforcement created a chaotic environment. There was no sense of order or discipline among attendees, and the staff made no visible effort to manage the situation or guide guests properly. An event hosted at a hotel of this stature should be well-organized, with proper planning for guest comfort and basic hospitality standards. Unfortunately, this experience did not reflect that. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures better planning and service in future events. ?

I recently had the pleasure of staying here, and I must say, it was an excellent experience. The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and beautifully designed, offering great comfort and a relaxing atmosphere. The cleanliness and attention to detail in the room setup truly enhanced the stay. What stood out even more was the exceptional service provided by the staff. They were polite, professional, and always ready to help, ensuring that every need was met with a smile. From check-in to check-out, their warm hospitality made the stay even more enjoyable.

This place has truly exceeded my expectations, with some delicious local Odia dishes on the menu and an amazing staff always ready to help. As a Marriott member, I've never stayed at any other hotel brand, but I decided to give this one a try and I'm so glad I did. Despite some complaints I had seen about services and small issues that, in my experience, aren't a big deal (having traveled extensively across continents and cities), I believe there's room for improvement. Still, I'm very pleased with my stay and will definitely return. Thanks for the wonderful hospitality!

Nice location, easy to locate and approach. Visited the restaurant for family dinner which was pure booked. Easily pre-book through various online apps with much discounts. Staff were very friendly and polite, always ready to help with a . There are two restaurants for food. One is peshawari, Indian cuisine another is welcome cafe, with a bar and multi cuisine food with buffet. They accept pre request for special occasions and prepare as per the requirement. Food was a . Taste and presentation was excellent. They properly maintain hygiene and most probably freshly prepare food. food portion was sufficient enough as per the quantity. Price wise bit expensive but it's worth enjoying the food. Sample car parking is available. You will find one DC fast charging station for electric cars in the parking lot.

We had a very good stay for two days. The package included both dinner and breakfast, which were satisfying. The room size was adequate for two adults and one child, with a pleasant view of the swimming pool. The reception and restaurant staff were very supportive throughout our stay. A special thanks to Kasmina and Raja from the restaurant team for their warm welcome and helpful nature. Overall, I highly recommend staying at this property. Great stay at the hotel. The staff was welcoming, the room was spacious and clean, and the location was convenient. The restaurant had delicious food, though the breakfast could have more variety. Service was a bit slow at times, but overall, a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Would definitely return!
