Treebo Greenland Resort, Patia

Customer service is extremely bad. They treated customers very rudely. Food was stale. They tried to cheat customers by falsely adding extra food items to the bill and later accused customer for being cheap when they denied to pay for that item. The only good thing about this resort is clean swiming pool.

Not a good plan we pay extra for pool side but thay said that pool are including with that tickt food are good but we pay high cost for pay

decent place to go. greenery all around inside the premises. it has a good lawn.A decent and well budget place for celebrations like weddings and anniversaries! The parking lot has huge space for we . for any type of wedding theme or any party one can visit.

We had a very unpleasant experience at this Treebo Experience (Treebo Greenland Patia, Odisha). Pros Ambience or the interiors are good with well maintained washrooms. Cons 1. The water inside the washroom ran out many times. Had to personally inform them or call the reception. 2. The swimming pool, though seemed clear but had a lot of flies and had to experience their bites which caused rashes and itches. 3. The Complimentary Breakfast, usually complimentary breakfast would be buffet included of some basic menu. But at this hotel, options were only 3. Aloo Parata or Chole Batura or Poori Sabzi with one beverage. We opted for Chole Batura. Where they served normal Poori with Chole and we had to excavate/find the Chole in the gravy which they provided.

It is a very nice place, also a swimming pool inside the resort is attractive.
