We stayed at SM Hives Hotel in Bhubaneswar and overall had a decent experience. The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and located in a peaceful area -- great if you're looking to unwind away from the city's hustle. That said, there were a few drawbacks. The location is quite remote, with no tea shops or local restaurants nearby, which can be inconvenient for guests who prefer exploring food options outside. While the in-house restaurant serves good food, the complimentary breakfast, though delicious, had limited variety and could definitely offer more options. One major issue during our stay was the air conditioning -- it was down across the hotel. Although the staff mentioned they had called a technician, he consistently failed to show up on time, which left guests uncomfortable in the heat. Additionally, the hotel didn't provide basic bathroom kits like toothbrushes, toothpaste, or small hair oil sample packs, which are usually expected even in budget stays. The hospitality and cleanliness are definitely positives, but with a few improvements in guest convenience, timely maintenance, and breakfast variety, SM Hives could offer a much better overall experience.

The room was clean, comfortable and spacious! The service was great, with staff who were incredibly helpful and friendly. And the food--simply delicious. Truly excellent value for money. The only slight drawback was the location, which might not be ideal for everyone. However, the exceptional quality of the room, service, and food more than made up for it. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again. A well-deserved 5-star rating!

1.Room is specious and clean. 2. Wifi is very good 3. Room price also value for money. 4. Location also good 5.only thing I did not like that there are mosquito in second floor at night. Better to choose 3 rd or 4th floor

A very good business hotel for stays, Rooms are clean, service is good, very responsive team. Special Mentions to Arabinda and team who is looking after the stays and guests. Highly recommending for people looking for stays around Industrial areas of Mancheswar and Rasulgarh. Food is as well very good and tasty with hygiene.

I have been visiting SM Hives for 2 years now. Its a well build property or every occasion. Let it be a stay with your friends family or business meets, this is always my go to go place. The staffs here are very well manered & cooperative in nature. The property is well built and is well maintained always. Rooms are always clean and well maintained. The food provided here is very tasty and of affordable price. A bit of dissatisfaction is for its timing. The food service is closed by 11:00pm in the night. Location of the property is bit remote but never difficult to find. This remote location keeps the busy city sounds away from the property giving you a pleaure of peacefulness and silence. Overall i love this property and its the best for me for all stay occasions.
