HOTEL MARIGOLD

The hotel is great. I had a stay with my family for 3 days. The Ambience and the food are top-notch. But, the ventilation of the rooms is a problem. There are no windows in the rooms through which sunlight and air could come in. However, the windows of the rooms are facing inward to the corridor. A small suggestion to the Hotel Management: it's my request to install an exhaust fan in the bathrooms of the rooms. In addition, please arrange a smoking zone cause the smokers really have to worry before smoking inside the hotel. And lastly, please add more Indian cuisine to your menu.

Pros : Perfect for business meetings and conferences. Good food with good price. Can hold good numbers of guests. Staffs are good. Manager is resourceful. Location is perfect. Ambience and the coffee shop inside are good selling point.

Great management. Hotel staff were cooperative and helped put each time. The extra Kruti Coffee in their hotel added the value to it. Loved their service too. The rooms were nice and had a comfortable experience.

Property is not well maintained. As a family of 3 we opted for family suite. Paid for 3 people which means 3 beds and 3 breakfasts. the 3rd bed was lounge sofa kind of a thing which was small to sleep at for a kid as well. linen was very dirty - bed sheets, pillow covers, towels everything. we had to really ask for and hour to have an extra blanket as we had only 2 between 3 of us. breakfast was below the basic standard. only few options and they were not great. I don't know why it has been given such a good rating. also we had to wait for atleast 30 to 40 minutes for a towel. again only 2 towels provided for family of 3. useless hotel please avoid better options available at the same price. pathetic experience

Very Poor Service from the hotel staffs, if you Order something you will definitely not going to get it. I have ordered one scissors to cut my trolly bag lock, I didn't get it till 30 mins, I have ordered it from blinkit, they didn't allow delivery boy to deliver the order on floor, they kept it in reception and didn't deliver it to room also , I went down to take my order. This is the service I got from this hotel. Please plan your stay accordingly.

I recently stayed at this hotel during my first visit to Bhubaneswar, and I was truly impressed. Initially, I was a bit apprehensive, but the moment I saw the rooms and experienced the service, all my worries disappeared. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. I am extremely happy with my experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city. Excellent value for money!

Hotel location is superb...amenities are good..service is also great but the room size is little small but good for a day stay. Ventilation in room is an issue along with breakfast is not that good in taste but they have a beautiful restaurant..I will recommend thus hotel for maximum upto 2 night stay.

Room was good, Room service was not good, bathroom was neat and clean but the ventilation was not there. Hot water not working. They provide only one pair sleeper. Food was good but breakfast was average they should add more thing in breakfast.
