Hotel City View

Cons: Service is not good. No electric products works inside TV. They charge for AC room but AC will not work. No proper maintenance. STUPID auto drivers having some link and getting commission in that hotel . they are engaging the poor customer those who are coming from other states . from the bus stand or railway station they go straight to that hotel even if we say we have booked another hotel. at last we called police ...and they refund the AC amount.... fraudist

Hotel was good. All rooms and bathroom was also good. I was stayed here for 3 days But they did not provide soaps in bathroom daily. No cleaner came for room cleaning in 3 days. We need to clean the room and dustbins by self. They committed me at the time of booking that they will provide 1 water bottle per day per person, but at the time of check out, they denied for this. I booked luxurious Deluxe rooms, but they did not provide any additional facilities like complimentary coffee or tea.

The rooms are good budget friendly. But service are very bad. There is no ventilation in room. Toilets are very small. They are renovation the old building. They are not giving one bottle of water as complimentary on one day also. But the tea and coffee are very nice

Nice hotel, around 2km from Bhubaneswar railway station, the only problem was our one of room (106) very bad smell from bathroom, we told manger about this matter and he changed our room in some time, but that room was small. Food was ok bun they don't have a restaurant, food in rooms only.

All rooms are very clean well bead service was very nice

Sorry to say that very bad experience after going to this hotel. Everything changes in my friendship,i lost(not dead) my lovable friend.Sorry

It was a good decision for me and my family to have chosen this hotel as the room was very spacious and comfortable. From the time of booking till the entire one week stay, the owner, servers & house keeping staff were all courteous, cooperative & prompt in their services. The location and accessibility of the building makes it another positive point for one to choose this particular hotel.
