Pros- Very polite,nice and helpful staffs. Clean and very spacious rooms. Economy stay. 27x7 service. Excellent room service. Delicious food at cheap rates. Better conveyance facilities. I would recommend this hotel if you want to stay at nice budget hotel. Cons - Not centrally located.

Regret to say that, the services of the hotel seems to be deteriorated post covid pandemic. I had checked into the hotel almost 10 months ago, and the service was excellent. Now it seems the management has failed to retain the standard required. I was allotted a room on the second floor. The linens were not changed on time and was done upon request only. House keeping services were irregular. Hence I urge the management to look into it.

The location is just at the BBSR city border, perfect for them who are travelling across state and want to have a comfortable hassle free reach from the highway nearby. The location is prime but without having the problem of city traffic and pollution. The place is clean, buildings are well planned, the parking is big and closed one. From inside the rooms and bathroom are very clean and spacious, the guy at the reception, the staffs are very polite and nice to talk to and in prompt service. Lastly, I was very happy to get an in-house restaurant here as well, so we didn't have to go out in search of good quality hygienic food, rather Sidharth residency has them all. Thanks to both Siddharth residency and oyo for providing us such a beautiful property for our night stay during our cross country ( Kerala - Kolkata) journey. Would love to visit again. Thank you.

We a group of friends stayed at this hotel in Nov 2019.The rooms are basic but clean. Wash rooms are also clean. Rooms have flat screen TV and AC.Breakfast is complimentary and tasty.Its about 8km from airport.||Overall a nice budget hotel.Highly recommended.

Booked from Oyo, booking was confirmed but after arrival they denied the booking from oyo and charged 1200/-. Two family members were feeling helpless at that time and forcefully I need to pay. So worst service Oyo. You must stop your cheat business.

Be prepared to pay the rest of the amount at the reception if you book it at any price less than 900 bucks. They will deny you your pre-booked hotel room unless you agree to pay the remainder of the amount - especially on Saturdays and Sundays. What would happen in such a case? Let me elaborate - - If it's your lucky day and you try to check in before 12 P.M. and see the dirty tricks-and-games that the play you would try to cancel. You may get a refund for your amount from OYO. - Anytime after 12 P.M and your hard-earned money goes down the drain. In both cases you'll have to face the hassle of - a. Searching - Booking - Travelling to a different location hotel, costing your more time, more money (last minute bookings cost more subject to availability, travel costs etc.), and peace of mind. b. The refunded amount - if that's the case, will still take some time to reflect in your account. So, it will be your money held-up and of no use - for absolutely no fault of yours. And if you are travelling with a fixed budget - imagine all the problems that you could get into. Now if you are the soft-kind and don't value money much, you may agree to their tactics and decide to pay. Thing is - why pay such amount for a RESIDENCY, when you can book a HOTEL at an even lesser price and get better service. (I wouldn't name but there's one nearby that's been servicing OYO for years now.) Don't believe me? Look for comments from others and their experience. 2. So you have conquered the check-in obstacle and got inside the room. Let's see if you can make out of it alive. You have a big heart and the check-in experience hasn't fouled your mood. You decide to order food. Well, you would need to teeths-of-steel to tear into the Chicken they serve - all stale and frozen. It's a wonder to me why food security offices haven't selaed their kitchens yet. Don't believe me still? Order a cup of tea and you'll know from the quality. Still feeling adventurous? Go right ahead and book your rooms. But share your experience for others to know and be aware of. I did my part.

Nice Property. Situated in a nice location. Out of the City. Clean Room With king size bed. Food Quality is also good. 24 Hour help desk with room service. I have a pleasant stay here. U can stay here in a reasonable price

Nice rooms ....there is common area between two adjacent rooms.... if you book two rooms ....you actually get three areas. Only issue might be parking space ...... there is parking space but not enough.....anyway the hotel is very close to main highway so one can easily get public transport
