This shows the level of carelessness of the hotel staff. If this is possible then their could even be hygiene issues too. The quality of Bhagirathi Hotel's food services has degraded tremendously.

Security person behaviour was very rude. Due to rain i have to get wet to get to the vehicle as the owner's two wheeler was parked near portico and the security guard near the gate denied to move the scooter. So i have to run in rain to reach to the car. This is the service offered by them.

Visited this place after 20 years.. Mutton Biryani is still Awesome.. Nostalgic!!

I believe the receptionist should be more professional rather than getting into personal stuffs. He should be more like a hotel receptionist instead of being a police inspector involved in a criminal investigaton. Questions for a reception should be like number of person, purpose of staying in the city and not like what kind of official or personal work you have. The distance from the other hotel is nearby why are you staying here... Pathetic behaviour... He must learn his lesson back from the college of hotel industry. 0(Zero) for his behaviour. 1 * because of his behaviour.
