The manager was incredibly grumpy and rude and lacked empathy. Didn't receive any help with our luggage. Had no choice but to stay here cause we were looking for a place early in the morning

Whenever I visited Bhawanipatna, I stayed in the Deluxe Single Room. The room was average for the rate in this city. During my last stay, they charged me Rs. 20 per litre bottle for Aquaguard water, which was quite cheap and unusual. Traveling solo across the country, I've found that no hotel, not even 1-star lodges, charge for Aquaguard water. This will be my last stay with Baghirathi Groups. Very disappointing. And completely Bullshit. Restaurant floor is completely shit dirty, even table mat and chairs, food is also average.

I was on a ride to bhawanipatna and had a visit to this hotel-cum-restaurant on today dtd.27.10.2024 and experienced a horrible experience at this hotel. Found useless, unhygienic and unhealthy foods are being provided at this hotel. Price is too high of such useless food. Stored food are being served in this restaurant which smells so bad. I complained about this to the kitchen manager and at the reception counter but no one listen to me and misbehaved and gave me a huge amount of bill and told me you have to pay this even i left all those foods on my plate due to smelly stored food. They call me to the kitchen and told me to talk with their manager,then with the cook ,then their waiter. All are laughing at me i felt humiliated me I am posting this for all those riders and all the customers plz i request plz do go to this restaurant plz plz. Don't waste your money. They didn't even gave their owner contact number.

The behaviour of the staff was very good.... Food was delicious..... Rooms were clean and bathrooms spacious..... Overall , a great experience......

Bhawanipatna, became my destination point of love . This hotel where I stayed, was so awesome. The staff are so corporate. The taste was awesome. Each and every item of this hotel was awesome. Really recommended for dine-in. The ambiance is so elegant. The rooms were super big and clean.

I have a worst experience in bhagirathi inn Bhawanipatna. The manager (Santosh pattnaik)is blackmailing customer to pay one day extra charges wheather you are late for 1/2n hour to checkout .is the service given by such a big hotel in Bhawanipatna.. such a pathetic experience..

Hotel price is right but room maintenance is not good. Somewhere TV is off, phone is off, switch buttons are not working. Eating and drinking from outside is prohibited He has his own bar, hence he keeps the outside closed and doubles the rate of drinks in his bar. It's loot, nothing else, look carefully and talk to us before taking us to the hotel

The trip was for business purpose and it was Worth for money. The room was nice and the interior of the room waswell decorated. The Hotel was very clean. Stcaffs were very polite and courteous. They provided complimentary breakfast and it was very delicious. Stay experience in this Hotel was good. This was one of the best hotels in that area. The room was like extra large and the washroom as very clean. The only issue was there is the lift. The location of the hotel was very convenient, it was just opposite to the bus stop. Breakfast and food provided by them were very tasty. The staffs were helpful. Overall it was a nice experience. The location of the Hlotel was near the mairket. It was a peaceful area. The Hotel was veery safe and secured. The room was well maintained and was very clean. The food quality was also very good and there was a variety of food available n the Hotel. The staff behavior as satisfactory. Overall it was an excellent stay.
