Not sure who gave these 5 start ratings. I went to this hotel after looking at all these beautiful and clean pictures of the rooms but it turned out dirty looking everywhere inside the room. I went with family and after looking at the looks of the room, did not book at all.

The room was very spacious. The service was very good. And we met Ravi, who was very helpful in every way. Special thanks to Ravi.

My recent stay at this hotel was highly disappointing. Upon arrival, I was shocked to find that the charges had been altered without prior notice, leaving me feeling deceived. The absence of basic amenities such as soap, towels, and blankets made the stay uncomfortable, and the failure to clean rooms daily added to the overall dissatisfaction. To exacerbate matters, the owner's exceptionally rude behavior further soured the experience. This establishment falls far short of acceptable standards, and I would strongly caution against choosing it for accommodation.

Third class hotel .mosquito are everywhere and staff are rude.

This is a beautiful property which I hv ever stayed. There are all staff are very cooperative & frndly. Especially from them mr. Ravindra Babu is very helpful & so cooperative, his behaviour is so good & he is very quick responsive. The rooms are good. I fully recommend this property for stay & it's a great deal property .

After staying here for two days while I was on a road trip from Bangalore to West Bengal, I wasn't sure how they managed to receive such a high rating on Google. At most, I can provide a rating of 3. This hotel is located in an extremely dusty area where road construction is taking place, and they don't have a parking space. The hotel corridor is infested with rats during the nighttime. Additionally, it doesn't have a restaurant. The place can be noisy at night because there is a hostel-like building right next to it. I would like to specifically highlight one behavior of the manager there, Mr. Bhagirath, and it was extremely unethical. When I was checking out, he asked me to provide a rating. He insisted on getting a rating when I said I would do it later, and he was very persistent. What he did next was shocking and unexpected. He asked for my phone so that he could help me find the hotel on Google Maps, allowing me to quickly give a rating. Suddenly, he posted a 5-star rating from my Google account without my consent. I immediately noticed this and warned him that he should refrain from deceiving people in this way. It then became quite clear how this place has managed to receive such a high rating on Google. I recommend that people avoid this place. There appear to be better options in Brahmapur.

The room is well structured and spacious and well ventilated. The property should be more maintained as the taps are getting blocked. Overall the stay was amazing with very friendly staff and managers.
