Hotel Ramya & Restaurant

I m telling you they are getting 1 stars for real reasons. Today I went there to get a food parcel for myself. And first of all they told me that item prices are different. In-call they said it's 260 then the manager in person told me it's 270. Let it be it's not a big deal after that the manager orders me to get the food from that chair. He didn't even have the courtesy to bring it to me and give it to me by hand. What a terrible person. Never gonna visit again

The worst biryani i have ever had in my entire life . Stale food led to stomach aches. Food poisoning . Ordered from zomato thinking of a good rating. But it's the worst. No taste , salty

My rating is related to restaurant. Ordered dal makhani got dal tadka. Even after complaining no response. And the tadka served was very sour again no response after complaint. Their behaviour is so casual as if they are serving food for free.

The food was too good, they serving good food and providing best experience, room and bathroom are very clean. Staff are behaving very well over all a good hotel and restaurant for under budget.

I have been ordering food from their restaurant since a couple of days ago, its been twice i have received stale food. We got stomach ache and severe vomiting after having the food from their restaurant. They know they had served stale food so they keep avoiding the calls. I tried communicating the same to the contact number mentioned on the site but they don't respond to my calls intentionally since they served stale food. They used to serve good food prior but the quality of the product keeps on degrading day by day. I don't think I would be recommending this hotel/restaurant to anyone. If you want to have a bad experience then go for it. The

Very nice stay experience.. I can see lots of negative reviews but the hotel was more than expected during my stay on 03.11.23. 1. The room was too large to house 3 people. 2. AC, Fans & lights all working fine.. 3. Both the room & washroom were clean, towels, blankets, even an extra mattress provided. 4. A small balcony receiving the early sunrays. 5. The food was delicious (a bit oily though). 6. The staffs had been extremely friendly & services were really good. 7. My stay here for a day under 2K, was unbelievably awesome .

Horrible experience! The service and staff behavior were unacceptable. I ordered egg fried rice and was given chicken egg fried rice instead, despite repeatedly informing them . I do not eat chicken but they provided. This is a clear failure of their management.

A good hotel to stay in a well connected location. Prices are also reasonable.
