The receptionist and hotel staff are very reluctant to communicate with the guest they don't understand Hindi or English properly only Oriya is comfortable,so for outside guest of orissa this hotel is not good,I stayed for two nights first night they are unable to accomodate me in the hotel room with my family due to no room,though I have well informed to them about my arrival and arrange a low category hotel nearby I was helpless at that night with my family and children better not to choose this hotel you can get much good and reliable hotel with this budget at offline booking.

One of the worst hotels I have ever been into. Receptionist, was rude, unprofessional and worst I have ever seen. If possible stay as far away as possible from this hotel. You will regret staying here.
