Please avoid this hotel at all costs. I lost my belongings and was met with extremely bad behaviour. Instead of helping me, the staff misbehaved with us as instructed by the owner(I guess his name was Mr. Padhy). I specifically recommend local odias and people from outside Odisha to avoid this hotel. I doubt they have paid for their rating.

Had an appalling experience with the reservation.The room was reserved however at the reception they denied any prior information regarding booking. Had to check in another hotel as no rooms were available.Such gross negligence and lack of professionalism by the reception person is inadmissible.

Good hotel. Room services are bit sluggish, may be small town effect. Cordial staff. Please take your own toiletries, hair dryer with you.

Good hotel. Prompt service.Polite staff. Breakfast need to be better and variety should be available. Instead of serving breakfast on each table, buffet would be much better and less time consuming. The rooms are good. Safe deposit locker needs to be provided. Saving kit also. Overall very good stay. Thanks a lot.

Good ambience . Veg foods are good in restaurant .Do not eat any non-vegetarian item here. The restaurant is quite small .May have to wait as it is many times full. Yes , room tariffs very high . Had visited again on 03/03/2018,there was stale smell coming from chicken tandoori . Do not eat any non-vegetarian item here. Order veg only. Veg items are somewhat good.

It's really a very nice place for get together with your family n friends too..m quite impressed with its interior. Ambience is excellent. Food quality is damn good..I will definitely recommend others to try dis restaurant once..u will love it surely.

Rooms and service good but we were duped of Rs 3500/- because of their faulty website which was hacked by the time we booked. So be cautious while booking for hotels that you find from Google.

Verdict: Pricey hotel but average standards. There is a lot of room for improvement, considering the price charged on a customer. Room: Ambience was okay. Decent layout. Wardrobe could be larger considering a basic Double Bed Room which costs 2000+ Some lights were not functional. Although it was mentioned that a Free Wifi was there, wasn't made available until "specifically" asked/reminded for. Washroom: There was a weird smell. And the toilet had stains all over. Kindly refer the pics for a better understanding. The spray jet's pressure was low for usage. The tissue roll was less than half and no spare was made available. Food: Tea was nice. Tawa Roti was okay. Paneer Kadhai was weird. Prices are higher than average considering the location. Room service: Room service was prompt and fast. No complaints here. Parking: Car has to be parked infront of the hotel. Couldn't find any covered parking. Hence ensure that valuebles are not left inside the car. All in all an average hotel with a high sticker price.
