The hotel is good but the rooms prise is very expensive

hotel Blue Lagoon, please don't come here, the people here are not good, they made me stay (work)here for a month and did not give any money, it was the time of Durga Puja. There was a lot of time in the hotel, so I kept the time to a minimum and when the Puja was over, I went out and said that I don't want to do anything. The owner of the vehicle does not respect anyone, the owner is very selfish. All is bad .

Worst hotel to stay. Service & Staff behaviour is worst I have experienced ever yet. Staff behaviour is very rude towards the guest, they literally don't hesitate to misbehave with the guests. I would never suggest anyone to prefer this hotel.

The rooms are full of bed bugs, never ever go to this hotel. The in-house restaurant doesn't have any variety in food items. The staffs' behavior also not good. Don't waste your money staying in this hotel.

Rooms are good in size but poor maintenance. Ac rooms are useless, ac stop working and they charge is fully. Dont go for ac rooms. Breakfast is included in rent and you have only 2 options, Puri bhaji & Bread omlet along with half cup of tea. Breakfast items are ice chilled.

Very bad room condition AC not working. Very bad bathroom, bed is not comfortable. Hotel staff behavior is so rude.
