Room were very messy when we entered but we know the value of our money so after a clash of 1 hour they fixed everything Check your room before payment and make sure that everything is clean and functional

Not even deserve a single star. Staffs are so uneducated and unethical,.they ofen take orders and make you wait till 1 hr. Then the response is your order is cancelled. So miserable, and horrible.... Toxic environment.. Worst of the worst....

-This review is for Food ordered from Bhammars- Food and packaging is Pathetic / Avoid at any cost / health hazard. Biryani (both veg - non veg) was packed in box with black sticky Tar like dirt inside out . We didn't even dare to taste (dry / full of oil - its just colored rice fried with lot of oil and seems to be cooked on a uncleaned dirty tawa). Salan looks and tastes like masala mixed with lot of water. Boiled Egg too had that black color dirt - I am amazed how can they let this kind of food out of their kitchen.

They take order and don't deliver. Quality service from Bhammer. It's 11 and I have to sleep hungry. Thanks. They don't care to inform they can't deliver too.

Nice place. We had breakfast there. The food is nice but don't order everything at once cuz they sometimes bring the food randomly like they'd bring the beverages before the main course. The chilli mushroom we tried there was good and so was the buttermilk. The price is also very reasonable. The waiting time is average too. Service is neither fast nor late.

Food is good. Helpful staff, but kinda rude when they shifted our luggage to another room wytout our permission for pest control. Food is good, but more on rich side, less like home. In a very isolated place from main town. Swiming pool is filthy. The entire property is not maintained at all, since i think they dont hav enough guests coming except for wedding season. They give the lawn, hall n entire property for weddings.

Breakfast is complementary. They serve good quality breakfast in different varieties. They also serve lunch and dinner on order basis. Overall ambience could have been better. Room and bathroom doors are not locking properly. Overall It's a good one. You can go with your family and friends. A safe place to stay in Balangir.
