Room is specious but not maintained well. The room service is very poor. No aqua guard for drinking water. Thir food quality is very poor I recommend not to take food

Their generator is not working. At the time of power cut the whole hotel is in the dark .

Service is pathetic, if -1 is available i will rate the same. Owner to House keeping staff all are unprofessional. It was unpleasant stay. I will not recommend to visit. Only it's near to railway station that's why hotel is sustaining other wise I will recommend other hotels for pleasant stay.

Horrible experience in the hotel. No water supply for entire evening and night. Not able to go to the bathroom and use the toilet. My wife needs to go to the washroom frequently as she is pregnant. But unavailability of water made the situation worse . Frequent power cuts in the night. I had to go the reception to tell the manager to switch on DG supply. I asked for some milk for which they said not available and I had to bring it from nearby shop. Dirty bedsheets and pillow covers with stains and hairs. I asked for changing the bed sheets but to no use. Mosquitoes are there in the room. Needed a cab to go to few places and that also couldn't be arranged by the hotel. Only pro is it is walkable distance from railway station. Not at all recommended.

Service is good and rooms are decent but need some short of renovation.

Worst experience..This is what I faced during my stay.. no hot water. Toilet unclean. A big leech found in the sink. No powerbackup during powercut. No breakfast available, smelly blanket. Don't keep your food open. Rooms are full of cockroaches.Restaurant food is okay. Only good thing is rooms are big. Even spoke to the owner with the complaints but he does not bother. Staffs are also aware of all this but don't do anything to solve this nor reduce the price to compensate. Don't deserve even a single star..

More stars for better food, the food really sucks, management to be blamed. Hotel staffs are friendly. Good amenities but won't make any sense if you can't make the most output it. Needs Improvement. An extra star only for the staffs. Rest all sucks.

Located just near Balangir Railway station,in a walking distance. Rooms and big and with sufficient ventilation and sunlight. Cleanliness is not maintained. Room service is not available. Hotel is budget friendly. Food is also available, haven't tasted though! Cheap eatires are available nearby.
