Hotel sara

The place is good for stay. We stayed for 2 nights during office visit without any complains. The staffs were polite and responded well. The food was good.

The hotel is extremely dirty and poorly managed.The hotel seriously needs to evaluate options for improving general cleanliness.Had one of the worst experience in my life. Wifi kinda sucked and keeps on buffering from time to time. AC was leaking and not very strong. The bathroom is not cleaned, which is very unhygienic. This should be on Gordon Ramsays show HOTEL NIGHTMARE.

I stay 10 days in this hotel ..Decent hotel with clean room with attached bathroom and tooth brush set, soap and shampoo with hot and cold shower. Room was cozy and not very big. But good enough for a stay......

Its an okaish hotel for a night stay. Prices were kinda higher, 22USD for a night is a bit high according to the quality of the property. Exhaust in the washroom was non functional and the curtains in the room was a bit dirty. Although the location is greatt.

I stay with my family ....my parents enjoy...the experience.....We had a lovely stay. Very friendly staff, good food and drink. Definitely plan to return. Great location.. The grounds are lovely as it's a nice walk around to relax and enjoy.

I stayed 2 nights here in a deluxe room. The room was cozy, well managed and clean. The location gives opportunity by walking 4 minutes..explore famous places janaki Mandir,Ram Mandir,Ganga arti;) and other accessibilitiies. Market. Reduced one starst becoz cable tv was not working. Hope they improve on that.

My honest review! The staffs are friendly and reachable but room is not ok! Hotel must focus on hygiene.
