Hotel Quick20 and Riverside

I stayed at Quick 20 Riverside Hotel for a day, and it was an average experience overall. What I Liked: * Location: The location is truly excellent. The riverside area and the swings at the back are charming. * Poolside: This area is quite beautiful and relaxing. Needs Improvement: * Service: The staff service wasn't very satisfactory and could be improved. * Rooms and Amenities: The rooms and other amenities are just average and nothing exceptional. Overall, the location and specific areas like the riverside and poolside stand out, but the service and room quality leave room for improvement. I'd rate it 3 stars.

Following a recent visit, I found the restaurant's food quality subpar and my overall dining experience unsatisfactory. While staff were courteous and professional, improvements to both the food and the restaurant itself are necessary.

After travelling around Nepal for over two months by motorcycle and staying in countless hotels this was easily the WORST of them all. Firstly there was no hot water and the room stank of mould, the food I was served was mediocre and arrived at the table cold and I felt like I was in a zoo as the staff had nothing better to do than watch me eat and I also had to pay the bill up front which did not make me feel welcome at all and at 4000 Npr a night it was definitely not worth the money. This was the most expensive hotel I stayed in and by far my lowest experience of Nepali hospitality . I will not be returning and cannot wait to get away from here! All in all a very disappointing experience.

Food timing Very late and restaurant staff is very un behaviour

Torn bedsheet, dirty towel ,torn curtain, mutilated walls makes this super hotel third grade.

Place is good but service is very poor

What truly sets Q20 apart is its impeccable service. The staff anticipated my every need, from arranging transportation to offering recommendations for the best spots to explore in the city. Their genuine warmth and hospitality made me feel like a cherished guest throughout my stay.

Well all is good but when we were in room, there were some litters around and saw a torn condom packets under sofa. But the worst thig was that the management was not ready to accept that. Never again in this resort.
