Hotel Silhouette

Had a great stay at the hotel. Swift check in and check out, zero hassles. Room service and food was excellent, so is the hospitality. The only issue I'd was that the A/C in my room doesn't turn on automatically once power is resumed after a cut. The room charges are little high compared to most of other places of northeast including Guwahati, but is manageable.

A multi purpose hotel that has an attached restaurant and a conference hall, this is a perfect place to avail these services. The conference hall can be used to conduct training program, meetings etc as the room is spacious enough for a small gathering. The foods service and quality is very good. Personally I loved the hospitality offered by the Manager and his staffs. The rooms are good, clean and hygienic. Overall, it worth your bucks if you are planning to do any one of the services that I have used.

One of the worst experiences in a hotel. The service is horrific. We checked in at around 4 pm after notifying the hotel and the room wasn't ready. Had to wait an hour for them to clean the room and get it ready. Why even accept the booking in the first place if the rooms aren't available? We ordered dinner and it took around an hour for them to serve after constantly forgetting and mixing up orders. They would serve half the order and then forget the rest. We had to repeatedly remind the manager that our orders were getting mixed up. Also, expect bare minimum services. The rooms aren't well ventilated at all. You will feel suffocated. There are much better options for the same price around Dimapur.

Very good hotel of Dimapur safe, clean, friendly employees, with good restaurant and good food, only Vegetarian,. This hotel restaurant is fully veg with Healthy breakfast. Clean bathrooms. Value for money. Receptionist is very polite and so other employees too. AC room available with geyser. Room refrigerator and electric kettle available. People should directly check-in with out any hesitation.

Room condition and services are good but ac are old version so do not work properly. Hotel staff and owner are very polite and helpful. Finally it is best in low price. So i suggest you can try it

I would have said it may have just met the expectations but not very sure about that. Wasn't a long stay here, just overnight so cannot comment on their overall services. The rooms are ok but the pillows were damn dirty - couldn't help myself imagining someone puked on them. Also there is some stale smell in the room and i had to keep the door open to let it out or I get used to it, eitherways! Nevertheless I slept without much qualms as i had little choice and you wouldn't get great room services at 2:30 am when I checked in.

I am still staying in this hotel when I am writing and I am really disappointed with the room service as since last two days I am ordering something and I am getting something and everytime I have to call the Room service to get the same replaced. Today it has become a serious trouble as I ordered for lunch at 2:45Pm and asked them to give it to me by 3:30 PM as they said Kitchen is busy. I received cold lunch and also part order. This kind of service is really disappointing......

Room was good and service too. But the facility in the room not good. Tv not working, no tea bags and sugar, not working wife, no phone facility. Over all average. If you want stay for a night it ok.
