Amazing homestay. I came here as a student in IIMC for 8 months and I got to stay here for 2 times for 3-4 days consecutively. First time I got to know about this place through google but the second time it was truly due to the amazing stay we experienced the first time. And I can surely say no matter how many times I'll come to Aizawl in future I'm gonna book this homestay everytime. They give amazing rooms with kitchen facility for such an economical fare that too with included breakfast. The breakfast had so many options including bananas boiled eggs Omelette toast tea. Worth every penny. And the beautiful view from the balcony it's to die for. It is not very far from the main bada bazar market so you can go anywhere you want without the hassle of spending extra for transportation. The host zothana is very friendly and makes you feel at home

Stayed in the Deluxe Room for three nights in Mar 2025. The facility is top notch with excellent service with clean rooms and great views (night and day) from the property. Limited parking is also available. Mr. Zothanzuala is a great host and tries his best to accomodate the guest's request. The staff is also very polite and provided great service.

I had a wonderful stay at this homestay! The owner was incredibly congenial and caring, always going out of their way to ensure I felt comfortable and at home. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warmth and genuine hospitality. The room was truly worth every penny--well-maintained with thoughtful amenities that made my stay even more enjoyable. What truly sets this place apart is its location. Nestled in a serene and calm environment, it's perfect for anyone seeking a peaceful getaway. Whether you're sitting outside enjoying the natural surroundings or simply relaxing in your room, the tranquil atmosphere is soothing and rejuvenating. I would highly recommend this homestay to anyone looking for a cozy, affordable, and peaceful place to stay, with a host who genuinely cares about your experience. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

Very nice room in a great location with a lovely view. Dinner was also really good. The host was very knowledgeable and helpful

The view is good, the facility is ok, but the rooms are a bit too tight.

A wonderful place to stay. It has a beautiful view which made me lost into the nature. Value for money. The host was soo supportive and treated me as his family person. He arranged a pickup and provided information on the local attractions. Delicious breakfast with different menu everyday. Wonderful room ambiance with all the amenities. The neighborhood is soo supportive for any queries. All this with a very low price. I really loved the stay. I would absolutely want to return to this location and I would strongly suggest it. I appreciate the host for being such a gracious.

This has been such a memorable stay. The hosts are extremely warm and helpful. They helped and guided me with all the local sightseeing. I would like to someday go back to visit Mizoram and stay at this place again. P.S: I am a few months late in writing this, but I definitely wanted to write this review for the great hosts the family was.

I stayed at ZOBAWM for five days. Man it was wonderful. The view from the balcony both day and night is very beautiful. Very good hospitality from the host and his family. Since I was moving around I had the opportunity to have dinner there just once. It was very tasty and sufficient. Overall ZOBAWM is simply the best place I've stayed so far.
