Otherwise a great hotel but for newcomers driving through the narrow roads and parking will be an ordeal to remember. Payment is full in advance before checking in. But the food is good. The tandoori chicken is great and tastes awesome

Hotel Floria provides a very cozy environment in Aizawl especially for North Indians and Vegetarians. The Chef can make any type of North Indian cuisine including non- veg food. This hotel is definitely a wonderful delight for North Indians in terms of food as there are very limited hotels & restaurants offering such food here.

During my visit to Aizawl in February 2025, I had the pleasure of staying at the Florida Hotel, and I can confidently say it offers a comfortable stay with a welcoming ambiance. The hotel is conveniently located, providing easy access to shopping areas and various transportation options. I stayed in a spacious suite equipped with several convenient amenities. The room was spotless, well-organized, and included a complimentary toiletry kit. The breakfast was tasty, though the variety of options was somewhat limited. The service at the Florida Hotel was exceptional. Every staff member, from the front desk to housekeeping, was courteous and professional. The entire property, including the reception area, hallways, and guest rooms, was impeccably clean. A rooftop area provided a relaxing space for guests to unwind, making it an ideal spot for conversation or quality time, especially in the evening. Overall, the hotel is a great choice for both business and family travelers visiting Aizawl.

During my recent trip to Aizawl in May 2023, I had the pleasure of staying at the Florida Hotel, and I can attest that it is a good hotel with a pleasant atmosphere. You will have the choice to shop nearby, and the hotel provides simple access to several modes of transportation. The hotel is located in a fantastic position. My accommodation wasn't particularly huge room, but it had plenty of convenient facilities, and everything was spotless and well-organized. you will get you toiletry kit in complementary. The breakfast was delicious, although there were not many different alternatives. The service provided by the workers at the Florida Hotel was excellent. Everyone, from the front desk staff to the people who cleaned the rooms, was polite and professional. The fitness facility was well-equipped, which made it possible to keep up with regular workout, I'm not a fitness freak so did not used that facility. The reception area, corridors, and individual guest rooms were all spotless throughout the entire property. There was a rooftop area where guests could relax and hang out I would say it was the ideal spot in the hotel to talk to someone or spend some quality time at the rooftop space specially evening hours. In general, the hotel is a pleasant place to stay, whether you are in Aizawl on business or with your family.

Decent hotel for a small city with not much to offer in terms of hotels. Breakfast was included and staff was helpful. Rooms had very dated and old bathroom. No heat in the rooms so plan accordingly.

Came in June 2024 for a couple of days.My earlier visit was 3-4 years back. The place seems to have taken few steps back. tea cups/ bowls are chipped. Bedside lights are not working. Complaint was given but existing staff seems to think these are not very important issues. Quality of staff is also down. However due to lack of options in Aizawl, seems we will have to adjust.

Great food options. Very warm and friendly service. Good room quality and value for money. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Floria. The Wi-Fi connectivity and TV subscription is weak so it may not be ideal for office visits/conferences but definitely a good place to stay for families and tourists.

A nice property at the heart of the Aizawl. This is one of the premium properties around. Rooms are good and service is prompt. Food is a bit overpriced, something you'd expect. Overall, a decent option to stay if you're looking for a premium option in Police Bazar without going much hard on your pocket. (6-7k)
