They don't care a guest and poor food but are cozy and unbelievable they don't have respect for customer care about ..Room is smart over nothing is good overall, badly Rs. 2100 per night, with the total charges ... And room services are bad sometimes they are not there at the counter ...

Very good hotel u should also go

The building was good, the room was okay but without a single doubt i can tell all their staff are untrained. Employee of the hotels always makes their guest feel like home, here you will feel like you're crashing at a stranger's place for free, all their staff will stare at you wherever you go without blinking for once. They're far from professional, they are awfully RUDE. We stayed for 5 days, room was not cleaned properly, same trash from day 1 are still there till day 5. Washroom was not cleaned even once, linens are never replaced, towels are damaged with ink stain.. They took forever to prepare food and all their food are always too salty, sometimes uncooked.. They just entered the room without waiting for a response from inside. Overall, it was awful. I was just waiting for the day it will get better but it never happened. I don't recommend this place at all. Location is not good either, it's too far from downtown. It takes hours to reach anywhere with busy traffic in this area. Therefore, one star for the good building and they tried, atleast they tried.

I had a very bad experience today, the guy at the reception at 3.20 pm on 19-05-2023 was extremely rude to us. He charged us service charge over the food we ordered. On requesting him to wave of charges he almost threatened us, I am writing this review immediately when I faced it my hands are still shivering. The guy bullied me saying "KAISE PAY NAHI KAREGA I SERVED U". It wasn't about the money I still feel scared. Apart from him other staffs were really sweet and welcoming. Beware of this worthless fellow.

It's good place to stay in one of the biggest Hill Stations i.e. Aizwal the capital city of Mizoram. The place is centrally located and have good infrastructure and amenities. One could get all Indian cuisines including relatively less available north Indian food. Rooms are spacious and well provided giving extremely good view to the city of Aizwal. In night, the views are mesmerizing.

Great place with beautiful view

Me and my significant other want to try out some veg dinner and we choose this place for a try out. Pros: Good location, good ambience, good building and infrastructure. Cons: Maybe were unlucky, i have nothing good to comment on the food or the service. 1. Steam rice was bare eatable, the smell was off putting and tasteless. So we return one. 2. Dal dry was the worse dal fry ever and it cost 200 a plate. Its better to eat on roadside hotel. 3. Veg manchurian, was almost good. The texture and the taste but it was too salty. If you're having hypertension, stay clear from this dish. 5. Veg curry. Its ok. One of the best dish for the Night. But nothing much to comment on. 6. Veg fried rice. I like the way they prepared. Not too salty, green beans, and fresh vegetables, if youre going to try it. Try this. Over all, almost all their dish are overpriced, they shoul've know how to serve better instead of making us wait one items after another. It seems as though i hate the place. It is. I cant fathom mizo lodge serving a barely uneatable steamed rice. Better try other restaurant than waste money on this.

Although there is a restaurant here not only for residents but also for anyone to come, it's not widely known. The place was nice and the asthetic was great, the decorations were good as well. They had a variety of foods to choose from and they weren't as expensive as I thought. The foods were great and didn't take too long to deliever, they also gave water in a fancy glass for free as soon as I entered. The chicken fried rice tastes good and the chicken as well, the chicken was little tough and dry. The tea tastes strange and lacks taste, also with three sugar cubes and with them the tea tastes a lot better Poached egg tastes good, not too little or too much. The cooking is just right. The yolk is beautifully cooked and tastes great The paratha with honey is a unique experience and just works. The honey is sweet and compliments the roti/paratha's taste and I would recommend one to try it at least once. Overall, the place is quite nice and not as crowded. The price is a bit high but not too high for most foods and the waiting time isn't much, the foods tastes good for the most part. I would recommend this place if you want to have a good meal.
