Excellent place, super clean, great location. It has everything needed even for a long stay, except scissors. Bed is ridiculously comfortable, apartment is very quiet, even on a busy Friday night. Check-in can be weird, but using apps is becoming more popular, so we have to get used to it. 2 balconies with great view! Highly recommended!

My room was modern large and clean, but walls where a bit thin, I did wake up when my neighbors flushed their toilet and when they were cleaning the street in the middle of the night... The location was ok, not next to anything but also not to far to walk to anything. Check-in was a bit unusual, I had to go to a different address to pay my city tax and provide a copy of my passport; then I could use my phone to access my room. All digital would have been nice. My phone did not like their WiFi but 4G worked well...

The room is comfortable, nice bathroom, espresso machine, ok bed and furnishings. Great location, no breakfast. Very frustrating self-checkin, with non-responsive customer service.

It is crazily bad I do not understand why Hotels.com put this chilly place as Hotel. It is not hotel but prisoners. It herts the confidence of Hotels.com

A bit of a complicated entrance procedure but extremely safe and reliable cards free. The mattress and pillows were not much comfortable. I liked a lot the room's look and feel. The greys were amazing. And the bathroom is very nice. The parking is toooooooooooo far!!!!!

Pros: This place is an absolute gem ! The spacious and cozy rooms receive daily meticulous cleaning. Each room is generously stocked with amenities, including some delightful spa treats. Moreover, its prime location in the heart of Bari's vibrant neighborhood places you just moments away from the historic old town, picturesque beaches, shops, fantastic restaurants, and the convenient train and bus stations. Cons: Wifi signal, room lighting

Great hotel, very good location, close to everything a tourist might want, rooms are EXTRA clean, EVERYDAY! makes you want to stay in them. Highly recommend.

Excellent location. Rooms are clean and Patrizia was lovely and very helpful. P.s. would be useful to have a few small things in the room (e.g. teaspoons)
