Vamika Hotels

I recently had a rather disappointing experience with Vamika Hotels when they abruptly canceled my booking just one hour before the check-in time. I had made the reservation two days prior, looking forward to a relaxing stay at the hotel, only to have my plans completely disrupted by this last-minute cancellation. I hope that Vamika Hoyels can improve their communication processes and guest handling procedures to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future. Transparency and customer service are key pillars of the hospitality industry, and it is essential for hotels to uphold these standards to ensure a positive guest experience. My experience with Vamika hotels was marred by this last-minute cancellation, and I would caution future guests to be wary of similar occurrences when making reservations at this establishment.

We stayed in this hotel on 27 dec 24 . The hotel is located at good location walkable from police bazar . The service of the staff is good and the hotel rooms were very clean . A few rooms are a bit small so if u need extra bed then u shld ask for a bigger room . The manager Mr Lakshman was very cooperative

New hotel. Clean and hygienic. Sun light and view of shillong in night can be seen from some rooms
