The rooms are too good. Service is excellent. Staff is friendly. Nice parking space for guest vehicles. Location is odd. It is on the main road. The entry for this hotel is from hotel center point. Traffic jam is round the clock. There are 2 restaurants. 2nd floor is normal and 6th floor is posh and entry only with formal wear!!

Had a nice stay. The staffs are very cordial and I would recommend everyone to stay if they are comfortable living near the market as it's very congested.
Very nice hotel, kind staff, great bar and clean and sunny rooms. An oasis in a busy part of Shillong!!
Don't go there!!!! Terrible hotel. Rude staff, especially the manager was very unprofessional. Paper thin wall, we could hear people talk in the other room. Not at all guest friendly place to be. Can't play music. No, one seemed to be particularly concerned that we were disappointed, nor that we checked out after 3 hours. Disappointed overall. There is no chance I stay here again.
If you are a foodie this place is for you. Center Point and Guwahati Address belong to the same chain.
