Eastwood Guest House

Rooms were neat and clean. Geyser and tv were working. Breakfast included. It was good but not satisfactory. Service not as expected. Staffs were not readily available. But still one can have a good stay. There is a roof top restaurant within the hotel premises called the "the loft".

The room was good but the blankets were not new I guess. Lively location ie. near police bazaar but could hear people talk all night through window. Rude reception girls. No meal service in the guest house.

It was a pleasant stay, was worth every money spend, value for money room decent size with comfortable feel, located centrally within walking distance everywhere including lady hydari park, wards lake, state central library and police bazaar

There was no problem with the room and the staff, they were very well behaved. One of the lady staffs of the Rooftop Restaurant was not at all supportive she misguides the tourists and does not allow them to avail the dining space even unnessesarily harrased by cancelling orders including room service. Be sure to check before booking the hotel to avoid such issues. This is my personal experience on 30th December, 2021.

Location is good as it's very near to Police Bazar but away from the crowd of Police Bazar. Rooms are good & clean. They have a roof top cafe which ambience is too good you can spend a quality time here as well. But main problem is stuffs who r very unprofessional & untrained. I checked out on 14th & surprisingly I was waiting down stares for 40 minutes no one was their & finally I found some one who after long hasitation offered a room at ground floor with out electricity. When I asked him he told me sir there is load shedding in our area. But U checked with near by shop & also in the 1st floor & there is no load shedding & when I spoke with him & loud on him about the issue then only he change the room.

This hotel mention 's 24/7 check in, we arrived at 2AM and nobody was there, door was locked and there was no bell, Manager has no idea about online bookings, place is beautiful to stay, they are short staffed, just one guy Mick who does everything, the rooftop bar is amazing, but if it gets busy expect no service, breakfast is served by their choice. There's no number online to contact them too.

Overpriced hotel. Old style room. Don't even have a ceiling fan or stand fan. They put a table fan on the chair.Cloth hanging rod was removed from cupboard. Even the carpet on floor was broken. And one lady in rooftop , we didn't even finished our breakfast she came to clean. Room - 2/5 Washroom 4/5

Lovely place to stay by. The cafe on top floor is beautiful and attractive. Has a pool table...collections of various photograph's of Actors etc......staffs are extremely frndly and sweet must visit place
