The Sangai Hotel

Rooms are tidy but the rooms in the middle is without windows and no proper ventilation. WiFi doesn't work....The breakfast provided is bland...and in some of the occasion if you ask for something you might be getting a reply like it will take time or like that. Overall not a bad experience but the management should look into it.

Overall Experience was Good .The rooms were spacious enough. Comfortable big bed to sleep on. Clean bathroom with shampoo and soap with a clean towel. The only setback I had was with the air conditioning . It was leaking water through it. So in the morning floor was wet . Breakfast was decent

Good hotel to stay, all market places are very closed to Hotel. Food and Room service are good.

Rooms had a fungal smell and a dusty look. The curtains and window glasses were very dirty.The walls were also dirty. We were given a torn towel. They were repeatedly asking us for early check out which was embarrassing for us. The food service was good.

Excellent property with neat and clean rooms apart from complimentary breakfast. Lift facility is good. Laundry service is good apart from parking. Don't bother about the surrounding areas of this hotel. Inside it was very good and comfortable. For solo travellers, tourist and families this was the best and close to bazaar. Bus station to Loktak lake is walking distance from this hotel. For vegetarians there are few pure vegetarian restaurants near by in the bazaar area. Staff were helpful and customer friendly. They provide complimentary breakfast.

Rooms are decent, staff is well mannered. Food is good. They also provide airport pick and drop. Just ensure you ask them to give a room with windows. 5 storied building easily visible from road. In case u are visiting Imphal during dry season wear a mask. It's very dusty.

A good option next to the main road in an accessible locality. The room was well-kept and had all the necessary amenities. Bed sheets and upholstery were clean. The staff can help out with local food and drink options. As I was on a stopover I ordered in-house and the biryani taste, pricing and quantity was satisfactory. Parking can be a little tricky as the hotel has limited space and if there are other guests' vehicles, you'd have to park on the street though it looked relatively safe. I'll consider it again, however, should add that it's a 2 star hotel, certainly not 3 star.

I accommodated in this hotel with my family during the month of April 2019. In one word I can definitely say this hotel is just Amazing!! The hotel interiors & Rooms are so good, furnished & cleaned with all type of facilities which a mere traveller demands! Bathrooms are well maintained and neat & cleaned Each & every staffs are so much mannered, well behaved, and helpful towards every travellers. Every single day they clean every rooms & its bathrooms with much dedication, changes towels, shampoos, soaps, creams with fresh ones! how good they are! The Rooftop Restuarent is just amazing, perfectly furnished with lavish wooden dining tables, with a view of excellent sunrise & sunset, one can spend time over there only. All types of foods are available there. Rooms tariffs comes with complementary breakfast which are very very excellent, all sorts of breakfast are provided by this hotel and each & every foods tastes so nice! All the employees are very very good, thus I will definitely recommend this hotel to the travellers who wants to stay at Imphal.
