The place is like what you would expect from a state guest house. But you need to have contacts to get a room there. Good thing is, in staff are very polite and the place is rightly located at a convenient place in the town yet free from the chaos of outside

No way to contact Care taker. Only security guard is available at gate. No one to help other than him.
