Hotel Polo

Avoid coming to this hotel. Staff are rude.0% hospitality , 100% stupidity . You won't even get a decent sleep because of the honking vehicles and the TV,Wi-Fi whatsoever in the room isn't functioned. Save your money and thank me later

Wifi was also not provided on the first day. Room service is not so good. Restaurant doesn't function, you have to get food from outside. Otherwise, rooms are very good. Staff behaviour is also very good.

A decent hotel in proper location, its just opposite of the main market.the room was big and specious but comparing the amenities available room is little bit costly. Another disadvantage was it doesn't have lift you have to use stairs

Decent hotel for a budget stay. It's location makes it a bit tough to reach if have personal vehicle like car, very heavy traffic. There is no hotel parking, you can park on nearby road if you get a spot as it is very busy during the day!

Room Service too bad ....... Reception guy miss behaviour costumers....my experience very bad one reception guy he always talk like he is providing room us free ......my request to all of u avoid stay in hotel polo .......

Budget hotel. No parking space for personal vehicle. Better don't go for 3 people in a room because they don't provide proper mattress for the third person. Owner is same as that of Luxmi Hotel, downstairs. Few of the staff are rude and unhelpful.

As a tourist guide from Northeast India the staff service and behaviour is very bad. If you want to stay for the night to catch a bus next morning it is okay. But behaiviour of one of the staff is threatening. Wants to physically abuse guest. When asked for plain paratha only dry paratha comes not even pickle along with it. One rotten staff ruins the entire stay. I am putting his picture too. Hope rotten staff gets out of the hotel it will be pleasent okay.

Great location. Polite staffs. Deducted 1 star for a weird experience. Please respect privacy. Knock and wait for confirmation before walking into the room. That feels really awkward.
