Hotel New Airlines

It was a wonderful stay As the stay was during winter season the room temperature was much cooler than the outside temperature The hotel is at the center of Thangal Bazar, which is one of the main city in Imphal. The hotel has all amenities including food and beverages at any time.

I was at this hotel for three nights and three days, so I guess I'm pretty qualified for writing this review. Considering the general rates of the rooms in imphal, the lounge is pretty affordable. The atmosphere in the rooms is very grim and gruesome. The room service wasn't bad but could have been better. I stayed in the three bedded room, so the that particular room had two lavatories and accompanying toilets. One of them stinked awfully and it was literally unbearable to eliminate fecal matters in one of the toilets. The Restaurant staff was very rude. It seemed like the staff didn't care about the customers. The food was expensive considering the quality taste and the texture.

Good for bachelor accomodation for short duration. Not very clean. No lift. Reception on 2nd floor while rooms on 1st & 2nd floor. Location is very good. Thats the only advantage. Just on MG Chowk. But needs improvement on cleanliness & Toiletries.

Nice comfortable stay was this I liked the hotel will recommend all to visit here its budget friendly hotel for family also.

Hotel is well maintained. They have some big rooms available if you are a big group of friends or family, equipped with refrigerator as well. Located right at the centre of the town. The canal and the fort is too close for a morning walk. Also the largest women's market too is near by.

The food they serve is of good quality, especially their "chicken chilli dry". There's actually two restaurants in the hotel but I've been to only one. The rooms are good but not great though service is commendable.

Hotel New Airlines location wise it is in a good locality, Near to Police station & lots of ATM & Banks. North eastern states security & Locality of any hotels for outsider is very Important. Reasonable tariff, Good specious rooms. good for official & business travelers. Its a basically a budget hotel. Reception of this hotel is in 2nd floor & no lift facilities are available you have to carry your own bags & baggage. Staffs are moody, services depends on their moods & availability.

i have often visited imphal fo my office trips. I stay at hotel New Airlines in Thangal bazar, basically a lively place easy to commute. share taxi from the airport would cost 150/- . The hotel is nice within budget and the rooms are clean. the one thing is that when ever u book over the phone they try and upsell their rooms. otherwise the staffs are decent . one can put up for a couple of nights .
