Hotel City Heart

One of the best hotel in Imphal, I have stayed regularly, owner and stuff are very cooperative , good foods, i request to my all friends to stay there,and enjoy your trip.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city, one can easily find it. Its affordable, well equipped toilet and bathroom with all the necessities. The only corn is the food. The hotel management should correct it, coz in every review one or the other have mention about it. Overall experience is good, the manager is shover and prompt.

Had Stay For 3 nights ... The Staff were Amazing was Well treated THE room are neat and tidy .. And The price was Reasonable Highly Recommended For student outside the state looking for low budget hotel ...

The hotel is a very basic hotel at a low price. Here the kitchen is closed from 2 pm to 5 pm..

This hotel deserves a five star rating. But I'm giving it four. Because of the poor phone network and wifi service. I stayed at room no 105. After entering the room I had to be disconnected from the rest of the world. The free WiFi from hotel never worked for me. Owner of the hotel, Mr. Kalam is a nice gentleman. Manager Mr. Narayan is very helpful and prompt to any task. Other staffs has nice behavior also. It was nice staying there. And I wish them success.

Rooms are cleaned daily but not appealing.. Those who mind their wallet can opt. The manager was very helpful to me atleast... Food little costly but quality is fine fr me...

Very good hotel in Imphal. From reception to service boys all are well behaved person. Very clean rooms & lobby area. Can check-in with your family.

Worst management. I have had inquired for 2 rooms for 28th December to 1st January, in the month of November. Hotel Manager - Narayan assured me the rooms and car services, but when I got back to him for the final confirmation to give him advance payment, he said he'll give me his personal bank account number. When I called him the next day to reconfirm the account number he ignored my calls and texts, and therefore I called the reception. The reception guy(Some "Dawate Khas" and stuff) said that there were no rooms for me. I asked him to transfer the call to Mr. Narayan but he kept on saying "no no..no room ... no room...", and he hung the call up. Even I have my own hotels in India (Arunachal, Himachal & Kumaon). Very disappointed by their way of working and definitely by their behavior as well. They are definitely not trustworthy at all.
