The food and service is quite good and welcoming. Would love to see consistency on the service as sometimes it's very good some is just average. |I wish the restaurant and the room service collaborated when I requested to send off the water bottles that were piling up in our room as it wasn't even open but the waiter refused to take it||Thank you! I enjoyed the overall experience. Thank you!

I recently stayed at Hotel Imphal by The Classic and had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel is centrally located, making it convenient for accessing key spots in the city including Kangla Fort, Ima Keithel (the women's market), and the airport.||Rooms & Cleanliness:|The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and spacious. The bed was comfortable, and the bathrooms were hygienic with all necessary amenities. Daily housekeeping kept everything tidy.||Service:|The staff were courteous, helpful, and quick to respond. The front desk managed check-in and check-out efficiently, and they were always ready to assist with travel tips and transport.

Very comfortable stay with good hospitality by staff. Dining area is very clean food is equally good. Excellent walking space with rose flowers all around. Rooms are neat and tidy. Had pleasant stay in this hotel four times during the last one year. Rose flowers in the garden are very special.

Nice ambience, very good hospitality, Mr.aziz and Mr. Dinesh and all other resturant personals as well as hotel personals including receptionist are very much welcoming and hospitable. Thanks for such a good experience. Awesome food specially manipuri thalis and breakfast items...really awesome

Everything is perfect here. The staff name Delphine , Dalima & Belinda are very good and cooperative towards best hospitality's . Wow experience. Every staff starting from housekeeping till reception are polite and perfect.

Nice place...Front desk, Reception, Restaurant staffs are very polite. Specially the gesture given by Dalina ,bidyarani is really awesome... They are very friendly and helpful...|i enjoyed my stay in Hotel Imphal by the classic.|Very neat and clean rooms and entire premises.. food is superb..

It was a wonderful experience, the management was friendly and the reception was very caring and good. The rooms were maintained clean and all the things were good. The breakfast was very good . I just loved everything. I had a great and a wonderful stay.

It's a pleasure to stay in this hotel. Food is very good. We're vegetarian, but there was no issue at all. Very good hospitality and affectionate staff. Mr. Kiran is taking utmost care to serve us. Thanks a lot.
