Starwoods Hotel & Resort

We visited Starwood with a family of 8, including a senior citizen, and were quite disappointed with the overall experience. There was no prior information that the usual route was closed due to construction, so our cab had to drop us midway, forcing us to walk a long distance--very inconvenient with an elderly family member. Despite booking rooms two days in advance, they were not ready when we arrived. We were also given rooms far apart--one near the pool and the other near the canteen--making it difficult to coordinate as a group. We asked about the rain dance and were told it would start at 4 PM. It kept getting postponed and was eventually denied, even though we were ready to start with our group of six. Only an hour of basic music was played, while other guests used their own speakers throughout the day. Lunch was the only thing we truly enjoyed. For the price of nearly 9,000, the experience was underwhelming. Additionally, basic items like water and cold drinks were overpriced (70 for a 40 bottle). Would not recommend based on our visit.

Had an amazing time at Starwoods Resort! The DJ was fantastic, playing great songs that made the whole vibe lively and fun. The sound experience was top-notch. The food was delicious, and the stay was comfortable with access to a nice pool. Overall, a great experience -- perfect for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. Highly recommend!

When i went to this resort it seems very quiet as it was a week day...the services were OK type , rooms were good but they should provide hangers and make arrangements to hang your clothes....AS i thought it is near bhayender beach ..i would enjoy some fish in the menu of lunch and dinner but it was not there though fishes are not so costly in that area... we were served chicken fry and chicken curry in dinner .. chicken fry was tasteless and chicken curry was sweet in taste as in typical north indiand hotels. I thought that i would get authentic KOLI AGRI cuisine over there but unforunately i didn't notice that..so those who loves authentic MAHARASHTRIAN FOOD I suggest you wouldn't satisfy your appetite here... Once again above mentioned feedback is my perspective and it may differ from anyone...else..thats it Thank you !

Pros : - Rooms amenities are good! (AC, TV, geyser) - Place was pleasant! - rooms were mostly hygienic! - cold drinks, chips available! - rooms are available all the time! (No online booking required) - walkable distance to the beach! Con : - food was good but most of item from the menu unavailable! - room service was poor! - staff was kind but untrained and 'not at all' interested in customer satisfaction! - food staff and service staff were able to communicate in marathi - dinner isn't available after 10 pm on weekday! (No idea about weekend) recommendation Not suitable for family Suggestion for hotel Train your staff, they seem uninterested in customer and lack of hospitality skills

Nice location and the place swimming pool along with Rain dance option available. Lot of natural fauna surrounded by the property. 5 min walking to the beach. Good food. Parking is ample available.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Starwoods resort, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. The location is simply breathtaking, with stunning views of both the beach and lush tropical gardens. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, providing exceptional service throughout our stay.

We went yesterday for girls picnic. Starwood resort it's not look like actual photos We check in odd day for only 11am to 6pm they charged 5600 only for room. Bathroom was leakage also very pathetic answer from front desk he said it's resort we don't have badminton facility. Food is not Upto the mark also charges for food are too high as compare to quality of food. Very lazy service staff If you charges 5600 for one room for 7 people and 3320 for food then you have to give good service as well as all indoor facilities. It was odd day then too this people attitude is like resort is too crowded hence food preparation takes too much time every time. Not for family Please don't go

I usually don't leave negative reviews, but this experience was terrible. There were only two staff members, and they were extremely rude and unhelpful. The AC wasn't working, and when I informed them, they didn't respond or offer any help. Nothing was provided as promised, and the overall attitude of the staff was unacceptable. I never prefer to speak badly about any place, but this experience left me no choice. Very disappointing and unprofessional. When you will ask on reception what's the price what has included they will say reasonable after that when you will call or chat on WhatsApp that will be differ they don't know what to say and what they know about there resort. I am very disappointed for these experience i will Never refer to anyone
