1) Unpleasant Washrooms 2) Cockroaches are visible in the bedroom. 3) Hotel Staffs are not sure how to handle customers properly; the receptionist in particular was really disrespectful. 4) Because the hotel lacks a kitchen, the food is served from other restaurants, where it is twice as expensive and tastes terrible. BAD EXPERIENCE!!!!!

Dirty bathroom, and no hot water. Poor service and the receptionist very rude. Fake picture as advertisement.
Worst place to visit in Mumbai, Staff is arrogant plus if you you ask for something they will say pay money first. Aukat nahi to aate q ho..? After paying 2000+ if you are ready to listen this you are welcome
