Excellent place to spend quiet time. Located 5 minutes walking distance from beach. Clean rooms with required basic amenities, although not like some star hotel. Clean rooms, good parking space. Excellent food joint by Karmarkars, just a minute away, where one gets very tasty home made food. I visit visava home start often and I always enjoy surrendering couple of days there.

A beautiful place to visit with family. Hosts (Pendse & Dandekar) are extremely nice people. They go out of their way to help and guide you. Rooms are spacious, well-equipped, well-maintained and properly furnished. Breakfast is very delicious. Lunch and dinner are arranged just 2 homes away from this place at a place called - Karmarkar's kitchen. This place serves the best homely food I have ever tasted at very reasonable rates. Beach is just 10 mins away walking distance. Front porch space is huge enough to park 2 sedan cars.

It's a pleasure to be in a place where you feel instantly at ease. Where everything is done to offer guests the tranquil, serene setting expectations. A restful, elegant atmosphere, a decor in warm, soothing tones, quality furnishings with all modern convenience to get that delightful feeling of being pampered.It is just 10 minutes of walk from shrivardhan beach. It is very near to Laxminarayana ancient temple.This is a place that will take you away from the hustle-bustle of the city to the beautiful experience of town.

I stayed here for three days (Jan 19), Loved the hospitality, enjoyed Karmarkar's Food, enjoyed Calm, Quiet, Cozy, Clean and Green Shrivardhan.
