A Wonderful Stay with Excellent Facilities My experience at this place was truly delightful. The rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and exude comfort. Even if you are unable to book a room, you can still visit to enjoy their incredible lunch or dinner offerings. The food quality is top-notch, and the quantity served is more than sufficient to satisfy any appetite. Their tea, in particular, deserves special mention for its exceptional taste--it's a must-try for any visitor! A standout feature is the outdoor seating arrangement. Each room is equipped with a comfortable setup of tables and chairs, allowing you to enjoy your lunch, dinner, or tea outside in a relaxing environment. Whether you're dining, sipping tea, or simply unwinding, the ambiance is perfect for a peaceful and enjoyable experience. Adding to its charm, the beach is just a 3- to 4-minute walk from the property, making it incredibly convenient for a refreshing stroll or some time by the sea. The cleanliness throughout the premises is impeccable, which further enhances the overall experience. Additionally, the availability of hot water at any time ensures a comfortable stay, while the generator backup provides an uninterrupted experience even during power outages. The property also offers free Wi-Fi, which is convenient for both work and leisure. Above all, the owner and staff are extremely cooperative, welcoming, and dedicated to making your stay memorable. This place is a perfect blend of comfort, hospitality, and excellent food, all complemented by its proximity to the beach. Highly recommended!

I stayed here with my family and the overall experience is absolutely unacceptable and rubbish. Let me clear to all this is not resort its just restaurant surrounded with rooms (definitely feels like college hostel). About Rooms - Rooms are not clean with complimentary bunch of mosquitos. About ambiance - there is no space for parking you have to park vehicle on road on your own risk. Also the dinning area is not specific, outside people can seat near to your window for dinner. About reception service- I booked the hotel well in 2 week advance with Rs. 2500 for Non AC room and the surprise is they are charging 1500 to others because they book after coming here. Discrimination without logic. Don't stay here if you don't want to upset the enjoyment of trip.

We had dinner here. The food was good. Service is good. Rates are ok. It is Kokan and we have to pay a little extra everywhere.

Location was excellent Food quality is ok ok, you can't eat second day Biggest problem is outside your room near to window there are lunch tables kept due to less space overall, many people take lunch/ dinner which is huge disturbance if you travelling with family and kids. Don't book this hotel if you have family. Lot of mosquitos will disturb you full night. Staff is supportive polite. I stayed recently in Feb2025

I went here with my family and friends for lunch. This is near srivarshan beach. I can't comment on rooms. The food is ok. Anyways their are no options in diveghar and near by areas for food except for thalis. But here at least the food was not that spicy. Those visiting this beach can visit here. Nothing special though.

Hotel is located quite close to beach, it is at walking distance. Rooms are clean, food is nice. Highly recommended.

I recommend not to visit here. No menu, half of the options were not available. Service is very slow with no rush 45 mins waiting time. Quality of food is average. Must other available restaurants.

This thali despite serving late, was not worth it, the rassa or curry was tasteless and hate to say but the proplet fry was not good to also certain item like sol kadhi was not available Opinion:- try other restaurants
