We have experienced a nice stay in Bhauchi Wadi. Mr. Vivek Yadav is very supportive. He takes care of property very well. Hence, the property is maintained in good condition. Nice place to stay for small group of families or group of 10 to 15 people.

We went with Family in Dec24. Here is some Horrific Story needs to be shared and make aware people hereby visiting the place. We were to reach by 1pm and we have already informed Mr.Vivek about our arrival and have placed food order well in advance . 1st Incident: We reached there by 1.10 pm and to our surprise no one was present there he arrived half an hour late, adding to this The Food was Served at 3 pm. When i confronted Mr.Vivek and ask him its too late and being with Family my Children's were empty stomach they were asking for Food. Mr. Vivek replied : Then what should i do? U will have to wait... or else look on your own... 2nd Incident : Whenever we go to some resort we pay well in advance and have paid full amount. When asked for Extra Mattresses Mr.Vivek replied that you will be charged 200/-per single day for extra Mattresses. This was to my surprise as this is what not at all accepted in Home Stay... I have already informed that we are a group of 11 persons where he charged 15,000/- all inclusive and now charging above that 3rd incident : While booking of resort Mr.Vivek and i had a discussion that we will leave by 11 am. But at the time of occupancy he started behaving arrogantly andstarted abusing. When i confronted him that you Arrived half an hour late to open the gate, He started yelling.. This is truly not acceptable behaviour as we were with Family. Overall this is the most arrogant person and most Disgusting behaviour ever seen. I would not recommend anyone travelling specially with family to book this..... *atishy ghRnnaaspd vaagnnuuk milaalii aamhaalaa*

Its Heaven..... Best and secure place for family.... Coconut, Banana trees,.... Caretaking owner.... 3 min walking clean n neat beach.... So.. On... Beautiful trip with family... Fully satisfied.... Once at a time visit this place n live in "old kokan ali" than 3/5 star resort....

Amazing location with good infrastructure...

Nice place for a weekend enjoyment. Very near to beach. House is very spacious and big garden to njoy. Food provided was typical konkani food which you will not find anywhere in Mumbai. Owner of the wadi was very much comfortable. Operative and was always available on call.

It was pleasant stay over there, we went there last week, and it was very quite place, and you can have awesome time within their backyard garden with lot of trees...

Great place with family like enviroment. Homely food with mouth watering taste. Friendly people always helpful
