Vits Hotels Nanded

Overall Stay was comfortable. Staff at Front Desk and Housekeeping were very good. I feel people appointed at Buffet needs to learn to be more informed and learned about their own hotel more.||Only issue was with Buffet,where staff denied basic baby food like Upma, Simple Dosa was taking 30+ mins to come to Table. Also the food quality in the offering can be improved as some items were raw. Photo of Dosa that came after 30+ mins. Food quality overall was good. On a lighter note Paneer Manchurian needs to be soft rather than hard to break.

Was a really nice stay. Nikati ji at Reception was really helpful. Room service and Food was also amazing. We would recommend people to stay here when in Nanded. Morning breakfast was also good.... They also have a nice restaurant!!

We (Group of 40 persons) stayed here for 2 days. Hotel staff is very good and supportive. They helps us alot. And special Thanks to Mam Reeta Narang, sales manager for such a great support. She guided us very well in every matter.

This hotel is maintained very poorly despite having all the amenities. Room service restaurant which is supposed to be to Be open at 7 doesn't open until. Rooms are not cleaned properly there's dirt everywhere in the room. Bathrooms needs some professional cleaning there are water marks everywhere. We booked 3 rooms all of them had the same dirt everywhere.

I have visited Nanded first time for business meet and not aware about the location but welcome was excellent. I just reached hotel at 1 am midnight and have asked if anything can be arranged as i was so hungry and they have manage to deliver Sandwich and Samosa. I don't know the gentle man's name but really appreciate for help and quick action.

Rooms are big enough nd look and maintenance is good My first impression while getting in was like by looking at outer look did I booked in wrong place but to my surprise rooms are super clean nd good Buffer breakfast was kind of let down ( Chole Bhature is the saviour in this ) The location is a bit far from the city

It was so bad .. The front desk team was so arrogant and disrespectful. I would not even give any star to this property .. The staff needs to be trained and also the manager . Please teach them what is room service and what Is hospitality, and how to talk to guests. Will never recommend this to anyone .. I requests VITS franchise to look onto this property or kindly shut it down . Horrible service and experience.

Nice location easy to reached on highway situated hotel . Nice staff . Very polite ante and humble. Good service and foods are very tasty.. definitely I'll be visit again and also preffer other as well.
