Average hotel . Good for single traveler. Rooms are clean. Location is good. No parking space. No inhouse food however they manage from outside.

This place has uninvited companions like cockroaches on the bed! Very small rooms and washroom. I think this hotel is highly overpriced. Never visit this place.

Hotel is good cleaning and etc. but room size too small and suggest to book via online platform because of at reception price is very high

Stayed here on 6th dec. Initially the service support boy showed me a room without ventilation and said no rooms available. It was only when I insisted that I need a ventilated room he gave me one. Breakfast complimentary means it's not buffet, they give only one out of 2 items. I ordered tari poha which was not upto the mark. After reading reviews here, I thght lift would be working fine. On 6th evening when I returned from work around 10:30 pm, lift wasn't functional. Security guy tried to make it happen but half hour I had to remain on ground floor. Later the guy told us that we have to use stairs. Imagine using stairs upto 5th floor. There were few more occupants too during this incident. In billing they made mistake and were reluctant to correct it, it was only when I insisted they gave me correct bill. Looking what they charged me as a corporate customer, it's not worth. Even the service guy told me that he is alone and overloaded.

They charge premium, without proper toiletries, dental kit. They have limited breakfast and they say it is one plate only and one item only. Please keep sharing the review so that it is known to all. I have paid a premium price for a very simple room and this was the case

And another news is that, some of my friend has been trapped due to lift stop near about 10-15 min got engaged in lift, And who was manger / receptionists was cooperative as well as rude at that time.. Very bad experience...
